Apocalypse is the 3-part S2 Finale/S3 Premiere of The End of My Soul. It was directed by Tom Kenny. This episode marks the death of GWizard777, after being injured by a smoke generate in Liberty. This will be the final episode for a while that Plankton disspears. MacGyver & Plankton both die in this episode.

Story[]
SpongeBob was just minding his own business until somebody decided to scare him.
Dr. Walter Bishop: Hello SpongeBob.
SpongeBob: Walter? I thought you were?
Dr. Walter Bishop: Don't talk now. The borg are coming for us.
SpongeBob: WHAT?!
Dr. Walter Bishop: SpongeBob, you and your surivours need to get out of here because the borg are coming for us.
SpongeBob: OH MY GOD!!!!
Dr. Walter Bishop: Run for your lifes!
So SpongeBob did.
6 hours later...
GWizard777 was about to die of the smoke generade that poisoned him. Sir Sandy was sitting near him.
GWizard777: Sandy, you were the good ones. Now, it's time for me to die...
Sir Sandy: PLEASE DON'T DIE!!!
GWizard777: I have to.....
GWizard777 died.
Sir Sandy: NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!
2 hours later....
Daryl Dixon told the surivours that the borg were coming for us.
Daryl: Guys, The Borg is coming for us.
Fox: Holy s***. Let's get out of here.
Timmy: I agree with him. Let's get out of here.
Pearl: I agree with Fox & Timmy, Let's get out of here.
So they did.
5 hours later....
SpongeBob was finding Fox, Timmy & Pearl. Until he was spotted by Plankton.
SpongeBob: Plankton? I thought you were.
Plankton: No more talking, you pathetic loser.
SpongeBob decided to get out his gun and shoot Plankton 2 times.
Plankton: MacGyver..... help.....
SpongeBob: He won't need you for very long! So long, c***sucker!
Just after SpongeBob left. MacGyver came out.
MacGyver: Plankton, are you ok?
Plankton: No, i'm about to die. Here, Die with me.
MacGyver: Ok Plankton, We will together rest in peace.
So MacGyver & Plankton died.
4 hours later....
Fox, Pearl, Timmy & Daryl were finding SpongeBob.
Fox: Where the f*** is SpongeBob?
Timmy: I don't know.
Just then, SpongeBob came out of nowhere.
SpongeBob: Guys, we need to run for our lifes!
Fox: Holy s***! The borg are coming for us! RUN FOR OUR LIFES!
SO THEY DID....
3 hours later...
Black Sponge & Patrick Star were turned into borgs.
The Borg Queen: Black Sponge, we are almost there to Earth.
Black Sponge: Good, we shall destroy those human beings. Right Patrick?
Patrick Star: Right Black Sponge, Nobody can stop us, Not even SpongeBob.
The Borg Ships were coming straight for Earth.
