The Patrick Star Show's twenty-second season contains 26 episodes, and aired on Canary TV from January 2 to June 26, 2018. It premiered with the episode "PatCOT Center" (Part 1) and finished with "Playing With Fire". The series follows Patrick Star, his brother Richard Star, and roommate Phil. The executive producers for the twenty-second season were TheJasbre202 and series creator SuperSaiyanKirby. Jasbre served as showrunner/director for the twenty-second season.
This season had an average viewership of 16.7 million. The Season Twenty-Two DVD/Blu-Ray box set was released in Region 1/A on August 4, 2018, and Region 2/B on August 11, 2018.

On January 28, 2017, it was announced that the series had been renewed for three more seasons, bring the total to twenty-four.
The season was written by GraniteToast1992, FireMatch, 1033Forest, TheJasbre202, and producer History12346. Jasbre functions as head writer this season. HippyDippyHoop5 guest wrote an episode this season.
This season marks the return of Patricia.
