Anyway, lets get right to the point.
Back in January, Travis promoted Perryfan825 to bureaucrat. But Perry hasn't been active since 2012, so I don't see why this was needed.
The reason for Mr. Justin is that Kelpy G. hasn't used the account since December, and I read that he can't even access it anymore. This was one of those stupid political accounts that Kelpy felt like he just had to promote soon after Trump became president. Why he promoted it to bureaucrat is beyond me.
